 Research Design: An Investigation of Database Use Experience by Public Library Reference Staff

PDF of Research Proposal Attached is a research plan I designed to gauge the usage of databases and the potential database needs of public library reference staff. This proposal was designed with the intention of better supporting reference staff through tools and training, as well as building a best practice for the utilization of limited library funds to optimize public services provided. The proposal features a detailed explanation of the cause, project timeline, and appendices to be used in data collection and interview processes.
